Recently he was roped in by the Bengaluru FC youth team.

Before joining the AIFF Elite Academy in 2015, Rohit trained with Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools, and later he was on the verge of playing the FIFA U17 World Cup, but because of an ankle injury, he was left out. But the young lad moved on and joined the Indian Arrows set up and played in the I League before shifting to the ISL with Hyderabad FC and later with Bengaluru FC. He has also represented India in the U16, U17 and U20 international tournaments.

Due to his good performance with the team, Bora was selected to represent the Delhi under-16 state team and was scouted to have a trial with Pune City. His trial was successful and Bora joined the Pune City Academy. He later played for Odisha FC and Northeast United FC in the ISL.

One of the most talented and crafty midfielders that India currently possesses, Anirudh Thapa will forever remember the game against Thailand in 2019 when he scored his first goal for India and the team's third goal in the AFC Asian Cup opener. Thapa started to play at a very young age. His talents were quickly picked up from people around the country and he was made the captain of the AIFF Elite Academy in the U-19 I-League. Thapa signed with ISL club Chennaiyin FC and later got transferred to Mohun Bagan SG. He was a part of the Indian U-16 squad that won the SAFF Championship in 2013.

He spent the latter half of the 2019-20 season with the Indian Arrows before joining Hyderabad FC’s senior side. He spent a season on loan with Aizawl but returned to HFC for the 2022-23 campaign, making his ISL debut for the club.
